Description

The GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer consists of two sensor inputs, T1 and T2, which allow individual measurements or simultaneous comparisons. For differential applications; e.g. heating boiler bypass, T1 minus T2 can be displayed. The GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer has interchangeable probes and wide thermocouple compatibility to provide general temperature measurement. In addition, the use of special sensors enables use of the GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer in demanding applications such as those involving high temperature, hygienic, and aggressive media.

The sophisticated electronics in the GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer makes it easy for the user to log and review data either onscreen or through a PC via RS232 interface.

Applications for the GE Druck DPI 820 Dual Input Thermometer:

  • Temperature test and measurement
  • Batch sampling and environmental monitoring
  • Comparison test against reference sensor
  • Laboratory standard

The GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer contains multiple advanced features to increase its versatility and reliability.

IDOS "Plug and Play" Port

Every GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer has an IDOS (Intelligent Digital Output Sensor) compatible port for connecting remote IDOS measurement modules. For example, a GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer can become a fully functional pressure calibrator by adding a universal pressure module. IDOS measurement modules are interchangeable between any IDOS compatible instruments without calibration or set-up. They are true "plug and play" modules.

Advanced Features of the GE Druck DPI 820 Dual Input Thermometer:

Advanced features of GE Druck DPI 820 dual input thermometer include hold, maximum / minimum / average, (with time stamp), tare (offset), and damping filter, which facilitates system checks and troubleshooting.
