Our Founding
Robert Berman founded Total Temperature Instrumentation, Inc. (DBA: Instrumart) in 1988 from his home, with the kitchen serving as the office and the basement and garage as a multi-function warehouse for inventory.
Within the first two years, Bob realized that engineering support was critical to the sale and hired the Company's first engineer. By embracing the online sales channel in 1998, Instrumart became one of the first distributors of precision measurement instrumentation on an e-commerce platform.
Today, Instrumart distributes over 13,800 different SKUs for over 150 vendors to over ten thousand individual customers per year.
