All phone connections were fast (no waiting) and each and every time I was dealing with an efficient and knowledgeable professional who knew their job. This is so very rare these days. I even called after hours one day and they answered. WOW! All of my email dealings with them were on the same level - quick, efficient and accurate. Again - WOW! I frequently complimented persons I spoke with and found myself asking about the company. Again, most companies today are leaned out so much, their end goal seems to never allow human interaction. Obviously, the owner of Instrumart hasn't yet bought into the 'end all be all' promise of the internet. Thank goodness!!! Keep up the great work there!!”
