And what is really exceptional is that they stand behind their word and product. I have had two return issues and they addressed them lightning fast. In the first instance my customer had the replacement probes within 3 days (wrong probe ordered per data entry error on Instrumart's part, which they owned and remedied at no cost to me), and in the second the problem was an installation error by the customer and Instrumart's evaluation and communication was lightening fast so that my customer got the returned product quickly and a written explanation of what they needed to do to install the product correctly.
