The Extech 4-Wire Earth Ground Resistance Tester measures ranges from 2Ω/20Ω/ 200Ω/2000Ω. It has a accuracy ±(2%rdg+3d) and a resolution of 0.01Ω/ 0.1Ω/1Ω/0.01kΩ. The Dimensions are 9.8 x 7.8 x 4.3" (250 x 190 x 110mm). Comes with NIST certification option.
