Description

The portable and battery-powered GE Druck DPI 740 barometer provides outstanding capabilities in a handheld package. The fundamental sensor technology employed within the GE Druck DPI 740 barometer is the Druck Resonant Pressure Transducer (RPT). This vibrating element sensor not only provides accuracies of ±0.005 inHg, but, of equal importance, has a calibration stability of better than 100 ppm per year. The GE Druck DPI 740 barometer is widely used in laboratory and remote field applications for precision pressure reference.

The GE Druck DPI 740 barometer has an accuracy of ±0.02% FS for all pressure ranges including combined non-linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature effects over an operating temperature range of 15° to 120°F.

The GE Druck DPI 740 barometer is calibrated against precision pressure calibration equipment, which is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Each GE Druck DPI 740 barometer is supplied with a handbook, a calibration certificate, and carrying case.
