Alcon 22 series valves are 2-way, direct acting, general purpose solenoid valves with a normally open flow pattern. Available with a range of port sizes, electrical connections and other options, the 22 series is ideal for a variety of applications including: oil and gas, general industrial, hazardous area environments, process applications, floor care, car washes, water industries, HVAC, and food and beverage. 22 series valves are zero pressure rated and ideal for in-line systems as well as vacuum applications.
Alcon 22 series valves are available with 1/8 and 1/4" NPT ports. The valves feature compact brass or stainless steel bodies which allow for operating pressures up to 300 psi and liquid temperatures up to 302˚F (depending upon seal material). The 22 series is offered with a 1/2" NPT metal conduit hub and 18" leads (NEMA 2 protection class) as the electrical connection. The class H coil insulation is suitable for continuous duty.
