The Gerber Grappler is an amazing multi-plier which includes vice grip capability while still being a one-handed opening tool. The vise-grip snaps into ready position with just one-hand and locks down for a tight bite on any screw 5/8" or smaller. There is even a set screw inside the handles where you can adjust the compression of the vice grips. The Gerber Grappler has outboard tools so you can access them without having to bother with opening the pliers.
