The Hanna Instruments HI 9813-6N pH/EC/TDS/°C meter is a versatile, water resistant multiparameter portable meter specifically designed for agricultural applications such as hydroponics, greenhouses, farming and nurseries.
The Hanna Instruments HI 9813-6N pH/EC/TDS/°C meter features Hanna's exclusive CAL CHECK feature. CAL CHECK allows the user to easily check the probe calibration status at any time. Simply rinse the probe with water and immerse the probe in HI 50021 check solution, press the Check Key and the appropriate calibration status message will appear on the display.
The Hanna Instruments HI 9813-6 pH/EC/TDS/°C meter is designed for simplicity of use in taking pH, mS/cm, ppm and temperature in the °C scale measurements. The HI 9813-5 meter features an extra large LCD that clearly displays the parameter being measured as well as calibration instructions. Calibration is fast and easy with the knobs located on the front panel of the instrument. Switch parameters at the touch of a button. Dials located on the front panel enable quick and simple calibration, even for non-technical users.
The Hanna Instruments HI 9813-6N pH/EC/TDS/°C meter has many great features including on-screen user guides which can save time with helpful on-screen calibration guides. The battery error protection system (BEPS) alerts the user in the event that low battery power could adversely affect readings. There is also a battery percent reading displayed on meter start-up and Automatic Temperature Compensation for pH and conductivity measurements.
The Hanna Instruments HI 9813-6N meter utilizes the HI 1285-6 pH/EC/TDS/temperature probe. The HI1285-6 probe utilizes a fiber junction and gel electrolyte which provides a fast response and makes these probes particularly suitable to be used in fertilizer solutions. The HI 1285-6 probe is interchangeable with other pH meters that use the same connector.
