The Micro-Epsilon MS series is an economical, handheld infrared thermometer. With three models available, each of which incorporates a number of features, the MS provides the best performance / price ratio for a wide range of applications.
The Micro-Epsilon MS series offers temperature ranges from -32 to 760°C with an accuracy better than 1% or 1°C. The spectral range for all models is 8-14µm and optical resolution is either 20:1 or 40:1 depending upon model. Laser aiming and spot sizes as small as 1mm helps ensure accurate, non-contact surface measurements for electrical and mechanical maintenance, HVAC checks, automotive testing, and other applications where temperature is a factor.
The MS series incorporates a data memory capable of holding 100 data points with time stamps, customizable 4 digit location and material names. An integrated USB digital interface makes it simple to transfer data to a computer for analysis.
The Micro-Epsilon MS infrared thermometer ships complete with unit, 9V alkaline battery, and manual. The MS Plus includes the same as the MS along with a hand strap, soft pouch, protection boot, IRConnect software, USB cable, and tripod mount adapter. The MS Pro includes the same as the MS Plus as well as a type K thermocouple insertion probe.
