The UEi ECT690 electrical tester is used to perform quick checks of AC volts, DC volts, and continuity. LEDs are used to indicate voltage level and DC polarity, and a tone provides audible indication of continuity.

The UEi ECT690 electrical tester's AC voltage ranges include 12, 24, 48, 110, 230, 400 and 690 volts and the DC ranges include 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 110 and 220 volts. The UEi ECT690 electrical tester complies with EN61010-1:1993 safety standards for use in over-voltage CAT III 600V environments.
