The Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter offers many advanced features including a high resolution of 0.001 pH and a high accuracy of ±0.002 pH. The Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter's backlit two-line, dot matrix display provides clear instructions for setup, measurement, and calibration. With up to five customizable calibration points you can choose your own or select US standard or NIST buffer sets. The Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter has a built-in electrode stand and handy pull-out instruction card. The electrode stand can be mounted to either side of the meter.
The Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter has many great usability features including display of the last calibration date and time. The high/low set point alarms can signal readings that are outside your preset limits. Use the Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter's calibration-due alarm feature to define intervals and ensure regularly scheduled recalibration for ISO and GLP compliance.
Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meters store up to 100 readings with date and time. They can also store readings either manually or on programmable real-time intervals. The Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter features RS-232 output and FREE DAS for Windows software; analog recorder output. Other features include a built-in real time clock with timer alarm, selectable temperature units; °C/°F and manual or automatic temperature compensation (ATC).
Applications for the Oakton pH/Ion 2100 Meter
Laboratory/Industrial: Use the Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter for water quality testing, sewage treatment, soil testing, fertilizer testing, plant tissue testing, food processing (for HACCP compliance), geological testing, and metal plating. Also use in the paper/pulp or pharmaceutical industries. Suitable for most ASTM and EPA test procedures.
ORP: Use the Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter with ORP electrode (model 35805-14; order below) to monitor plating operations, ozonation system efficiency, and other redox measurements.
ISE: Use the Oakton pH/Ion 2100 meter with any of 20 types of ISE electrodes to take direct measurements of ion concentration.
